1 ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม

ข้อมูลบัญชี:

• ชื่อ-นามสกุล (ที่คุณกรอกตอนสมัคร)
• อีเมล
• รหัสผ่าน (เข้ารหัสแบบ hash ไม่สามารถอ่านได้)

ข้อมูลทางการเงินที่คุณกรอก:

• ข้อมูลสินทรัพย์ (ชื่อ, ประเภท, มูลค่า, จำนวน, ราคาทุน, ราคาตลาด)
• ข้อมูลหนี้สิน (ชื่อ, ประเภท, จำนวนเงิน, อัตราดอกเบี้ย)
• ชื่อพอร์ตโฟลิโอ
• ประวัติการเปลี่ยนแปลง (Snapshots)

ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์ (เก็บอัตโนมัติ):

• ข้อมูล Crash report (ผ่าน Firebase Crashlytics)
• ประเภทอุปกรณ์และระบบปฏิบัติการ

สำคัญ เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลบัญชีธนาคาร เลขบัตรเครดิต หรือรหัส OTP ใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น

2 วิธีการใช้ข้อมูล

เราใช้ข้อมูลของคุณเพื่อ:

• ให้บริการแอปพลิเคชัน iPortify ตามปกติ
• แสดงข้อมูลสินทรัพย์ หนี้สิน และมูลค่าสุทธิของคุณ
• บันทึก Snapshot ความมั่งคั่งเพื่อติดตามแนวโน้ม
• ส่งอีเมลยืนยันตัวตนและรีเซ็ตรหัสผ่าน
• แก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค (Crash reports)

เรา ไม่ใช้ ข้อมูลของคุณเพื่อ:

• ขายให้บุคคลที่สาม
• แสดงโฆษณาที่กำหนดเป้าหมาย
• วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมทางการเงินเพื่อประโยชน์เชิงพาณิชย์

3 การจัดเก็บและความปลอดภัย

• ข้อมูลทั้งหมดจัดเก็บใน Google Firebase (Firestore) ซึ่งเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน SOC 2, ISO 27001
• การสื่อสารระหว่างแอปกับ server ใช้การเข้ารหัส TLS/SSL
• รหัสผ่านถูก hash ด้วย Firebase Authentication (bcrypt/scrypt)
• ข้อมูลทางการเงินแยกตาม User ID — ผู้ใช้คนอื่นไม่สามารถเข้าถึงได้
• Firestore Security Rules บังคับให้เข้าถึงเฉพาะข้อมูลของตนเอง

4 การแบ่งปันข้อมูล

เราจะ ไม่ขาย ไม่ให้เช่า และไม่แบ่งปัน ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณกับบุคคลที่สาม ยกเว้นในกรณี:

• ผู้ให้บริการ: Google Firebase (จัดเก็บข้อมูลและ Authentication)
• ตามกฎหมาย: เมื่อมีคำสั่งศาลหรือหน่วยงานรัฐที่มีอำนาจตามกฎหมาย

5 สิทธิ์ของผู้ใช้

คุณมีสิทธิ์ดังนี้:

• เข้าถึง: ดูข้อมูลทั้งหมดของคุณผ่านแอปได้ตลอดเวลา
• แก้ไข: แก้ไขข้อมูลสินทรัพย์ หนี้สิน และโปรไฟล์ได้ทุกเมื่อ
• ลบ: ลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้จากหน้า "ตั้งค่า" → "ลบบัญชี"
• ส่งออก: (จะเพิ่มในอนาคต) ส่งออกข้อมูลในรูปแบบ PDF/CSV

เมื่อคุณลบบัญชี ข้อมูลทั้งหมดจะถูกลบออกจากระบบอย่างถาวรภายใน 30 วัน

6 คุกกี้และเทคโนโลยีติดตาม

แอป iPortify ไม่ใช้คุกกี้ เพื่อติดตามผู้ใช้ เราใช้เฉพาะ:

• Firebase Crashlytics: เก็บข้อมูล crash เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค
• SharedPreferences: เก็บการตั้งค่าภาษาและธีมในเครื่อง (ไม่ส่งออก server)

7 การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญ เราจะแจ้งให้ทราบผ่านแอปพลิเคชันหรืออีเมล

การใช้แอปต่อหลังจากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ถือว่าคุณยอมรับนโยบายฉบับใหม่

1 Information We Collect

Account information:

• Full name (provided during registration)
• Email address
• Password (hashed and encrypted, never stored in plain text)

Financial data you enter:

• Asset details (name, type, value, quantity, cost basis, market price)
• Debt details (name, type, amount, interest rate)
• Portfolio names
• Wealth tracking snapshots

Device data (collected automatically):

• Crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics)
• Device type and operating system

Important We do NOT collect bank account numbers, credit card details, or any OTP codes.

2 How We Use Information

We use your data to:

• Provide iPortify's core functionality
• Display your assets, debts, and net worth
• Record wealth snapshots for trend tracking
• Send verification and password reset emails
• Fix technical issues (crash reports)

We do NOT use your data to:

• Sell to third parties
• Show targeted advertisements
• Analyze financial behavior for commercial purposes

3 Storage & Security

• All data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore), which complies with SOC 2 and ISO 27001
• All communications use TLS/SSL encryption
• Passwords are hashed via Firebase Authentication (bcrypt/scrypt)
• Financial data is isolated per User ID — other users cannot access your data
• Firestore Security Rules enforce owner-only access

4 Information Sharing

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Service providers: Google Firebase (data storage and authentication)
• Legal requirements: When required by court order or law enforcement with proper authority

5 Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all your data anytime through the app
• Modify: Edit your assets, debts, and profile at any time
• Delete: Permanently delete your account from "Settings" → "Delete Account"
• Export: (Coming soon) Export your data as PDF/CSV

When you delete your account, all data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

6 Cookies & Tracking

iPortify does not use cookies to track users. We only use:

• Firebase Crashlytics: Crash data for fixing technical issues
• SharedPreferences: Local-only storage for language and theme settings (never sent to server)

7 Policy Changes

We may update this policy periodically. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via the app or email.

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
