1 การยอมรับเงื่อนไข
การใช้แอปพลิเคชัน iPortify ถือว่าคุณยอมรับเงื่อนไขทั้งหมดในเอกสารนี้ หากไม่ยอมรับ กรุณาหยุดใช้แอปทันที
ผู้ใช้ต้องมีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป หรือได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครอง
2 คำอธิบายบริการ
iPortify เป็นแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับ บันทึกและจัดการข้อมูลสินทรัพย์และหนี้สิน ส่วนบุคคล โดยมีฟีเจอร์:
- สร้างและจัดการพอร์ตโฟลิโอ
- บันทึกสินทรัพย์และหนี้สิน
- อัปเดตราคาตลาดด้วยตนเอง
- ดูแผนภูมิสัดส่วน (Donut Chart)
- ติดตามแนวโน้มมูลค่าสุทธิ (Wealth Tracking)
- ดูประวัติการเปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งหมด
สำคัญ iPortify ไม่ใช่ ที่ปรึกษาทางการเงิน ไม่ใช่แพลตฟอร์มซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ และไม่ได้ให้คำแนะนำการลงทุนใดๆ ข้อมูลในแอปเป็นเพียงเครื่องมือบันทึกส่วนตัวเท่านั้น
3 บัญชีผู้ใช้
- คุณต้องสมัครบัญชีด้วยอีเมลจริงและยืนยันอีเมล
- คุณรับผิดชอบในการรักษารหัสผ่านและความปลอดภัยของบัญชี
- บัญชี 1 คน ต่อ 1 อีเมล — ห้ามแชร์บัญชี
- หากพบว่ามีการเข้าถึงบัญชีโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต กรุณาเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่านทันที
4 แผนบริการ (Free / Pro)
แผน Free (ฟรี):
- 1 พอร์ตโฟลิโอ
- ไม่จำกัดจำนวนสินทรัพย์/หนี้สิน
- ดูประวัติการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ทั้งหมด
- อัปเดตราคาตลาดด้วยตนเอง
- ดูกราฟแนวโน้ม 7 วัน
แผน Pro (มีค่าบริการ — เร็วๆ นี้):
- ไม่จำกัดพอร์ตโฟลิโอ
- ดูกราฟแนวโน้มได้ถึง 1 ปี
- ฟีเจอร์เพิ่มเติมในอนาคต
หมายเหตุ ราคาและเงื่อนไขของแผน Pro จะประกาศเมื่อเปิดให้บริการ
5 ข้อจำกัดการใช้งาน
ห้ามผู้ใช้:
- ใช้แอปเพื่อกิจกรรมที่ผิดกฎหมาย
- พยายามเข้าถึงข้อมูลของผู้ใช้อื่น
- โจมตี แฮก หรือรบกวนระบบของแอป
- ใช้ bot หรือ script อัตโนมัติเข้าถึงแอป
- สร้างบัญชีปลอมหรือใช้ข้อมูลเท็จ
- Reverse engineer หรือ decompile แอป
6 ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
แอปพลิเคชัน iPortify รวมถึงโค้ด ดีไซน์ โลโก้ และเนื้อหาทั้งหมดเป็นทรัพย์สินของ iPortify
ข้อมูลทางการเงินที่คุณกรอกเป็นทรัพย์สินของคุณ เรามีสิทธิ์เข้าถึงเพื่อให้บริการเท่านั้น
7 ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดชอบ
สำคัญมาก
- iPortify ให้บริการ "ตามสภาพ" (as is) โดยไม่รับประกันว่าจะปราศจากข้อผิดพลาด
- เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อ การตัดสินใจทางการเงิน ที่เกิดจากข้อมูลในแอป
- ราคาตลาดที่ผู้ใช้กรอกเป็นข้อมูลจากผู้ใช้เอง — iPortify ไม่รับรองความถูกต้อง
- เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม สูญเสียกำไร หรือข้อมูลสูญหายจากการใช้แอป
- ความรับผิดชอบสูงสุดของเราจำกัดที่ค่าบริการที่คุณจ่ายใน 12 เดือนล่าสุด (หรือ 0 บาท สำหรับแผน Free)
8 การยกเลิกและลบบัญชี
- คุณสามารถลบบัญชีได้ตลอดเวลาจากหน้า "ตั้งค่า" → "ลบบัญชี"
- เมื่อลบบัญชี ข้อมูลทั้งหมดจะถูกลบอย่างถาวร ไม่สามารถกู้คืนได้
- เราสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับหรือลบบัญชีที่ละเมิดเงื่อนไขการใช้งาน
9 การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข
เราอาจปรับปรุงเงื่อนไขนี้เป็นครั้งคราว หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญ เราจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 7 วัน
10 กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
เงื่อนไขนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของราชอาณาจักรไทย ข้อพิพาทจะได้รับการพิจารณาโดยศาลที่มีเขตอำนาจในประเทศไทย

1 Acceptance of Terms
By using the iPortify application, you agree to all terms in this document. If you do not agree, please stop using the app immediately.
Users must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent.
2 Description of Service
iPortify is a personal asset and debt tracking application with features including:
- Create and manage portfolios
- Record assets and debts
- Manual market price updates
- Allocation charts (Donut Chart)
- Net worth trend tracking (Wealth Tracking)
- Full transaction history
Important iPortify is NOT a financial advisor, investment platform, or securities trading service. Data in the app is for personal record-keeping purposes only.
3 User Accounts
- You must register with a valid email address and verify it
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account
- One account per email — sharing accounts is prohibited
- If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately
4 Service Plans (Free / Pro)
Free Plan:
- 1 portfolio
- Unlimited assets/debts
- Full transaction history
- Manual market price updates
- 7-day trend chart
Pro Plan (paid — coming soon):
- Unlimited portfolios
- Trend charts up to 1 year
- Additional features in the future
Note Pro plan pricing and terms will be announced at launch.
5 Usage Restrictions
Users must NOT:
- Use the app for illegal activities
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Attack, hack, or interfere with our systems
- Use bots or automated scripts to access the app
- Create fake accounts or provide false information
- Reverse engineer or decompile the app
6 Intellectual Property
The iPortify application, including code, design, logo, and content, is the property of iPortify.
Financial data you enter remains your property. We access it solely to provide the service.
7 Limitation of Liability
Very Important
- iPortify is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
- We are NOT responsible for financial decisions made based on data in the app
- Market prices entered by users are user-provided — iPortify does not guarantee their accuracy
- We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss from using the app
- Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months (or ฿0 for Free plan users)
8 Termination & Account Deletion
- You can delete your account at any time from "Settings" → "Delete Account"
- Once deleted, all data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered
- We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms
9 Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. If significant changes are made, we will provide at least 7 days' notice.
10 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes will be resolved by courts with jurisdiction in Thailand.
