การดาวน์โหลด ติดตั้ง หรือใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน iPortify ถือว่าท่านได้อ่าน เข้าใจ และยอมรับเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการฉบับนี้ทั้งหมดแล้ว หากท่านไม่ยอมรับเงื่อนไขข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง กรุณาหยุดใช้งานและถอนการติดตั้งแอปพลิเคชัน
By downloading, installing, or using the iPortify application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept any part of these terms, please stop using the app and uninstall it.
iPortify เป็นเครื่องมือสำหรับบันทึกและติดตามข้อมูลสินทรัพย์ หนี้สิน และมูลค่าสุทธิของท่านด้วยตนเอง ข้อมูลทั้งหมดในแอปมาจากที่ท่านกรอกเอง
iPortify is a tool for manually recording and tracking your assets, liabilities, and net worth. All data in the app is entered by you.

The app does not connect to any bank or financial institution, and does not automatically retrieve data from third-party providers.
บัญชีผู้เยี่ยมชมไม่สามารถกู้คืนได้หลังออกจากระบบ ลบแอป หรือเปลี่ยนเครื่อง ข้อมูลทั้งหมดจะสูญหายถาวร กรุณาสมัครสมาชิกเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลของท่านไว้
Guest accounts cannot be recovered after signing out, uninstalling the app, or switching devices. All data will be permanently lost. Please create an account to keep your data safe.
สิทธิ์ใช้งานผูกกับบัญชี Google ที่ใช้ชำระเงิน และผูกกับบัญชี iPortify บัญชีแรกที่ใช้สิทธิ์นั้น สิทธิ์ไม่สามารถโอน แบ่งปัน หรือใช้ร่วมกับบัญชีอื่นได้
Your entitlement is linked to the Google account used for purchase, and to the first iPortify account that claims it. Entitlements cannot be transferred, shared, or used with another account.
หากเราพัฒนาฟีเจอร์ที่มีต้นทุนดำเนินการต่อเนื่อง เช่น การเชื่อมต่อข้อมูลราคาจากผู้ให้บริการภายนอก ฟีเจอร์ดังกล่าวอาจเสนอเป็นแพ็กเกจแยกต่างหาก โดยไม่กระทบสิทธิ์ที่ท่านได้รับจากแผน Pro เดิม
If we develop features that carry ongoing operational costs, such as integrations with third-party market data providers, those features may be offered as a separate package. This will not affect the entitlements you already hold under the Pro Plan.
หากท่านเปลี่ยนเครื่อง ติดตั้งแอปใหม่ หรือสิทธิ์ไม่ปรากฏ ให้เข้าสู่ระบบด้วยบัญชี iPortify เดิม และใช้บัญชี Google Play เดิมที่ใช้ชำระเงิน จากนั้นไปที่ ตั้งค่า > แพ็กเกจ > กู้คืนการซื้อ
If you change devices, reinstall the app, or your entitlement does not appear, sign in with your original iPortify account using the same Google Play account that made the purchase, then go to Settings > Subscription > Restore purchase.
หากท่านลบบัญชี iPortify สิทธิ์ Pro ที่ผูกกับบัญชีนั้นจะสิ้นสุดลงและไม่สามารถกู้คืนได้ แม้ท่านจะสมัครบัญชีใหม่ด้วยอีเมลเดิมก็ตาม
If you delete your iPortify account, the Pro entitlement linked to that account ends permanently and cannot be recovered, even if you register again with the same email address.
ผู้ใช้ในโหมดผู้เยี่ยมชมไม่สามารถซื้อแผน Pro ได้ เนื่องจากบัญชีผู้เยี่ยมชมไม่สามารถกู้คืนได้หลังออกจากระบบ ซึ่งจะทำให้สิทธิ์ที่ซื้อไว้สูญหาย กรุณาสมัครสมาชิกก่อนซื้อ
Guest users cannot purchase the Pro plan. Guest accounts cannot be recovered after signing out, which would cause the purchased entitlement to be lost. Please create an account before purchasing.

This application is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากการตัดสินใจทางการเงินของท่าน ความคลาดเคลื่อนของข้อมูลที่ท่านกรอกเอง หรือการสูญหายของข้อมูลอันเนื่องมาจากเหตุที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของเรา
We are not liable for any damages arising from your financial decisions, inaccuracies in the data you entered, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond our control.
ความรับผิดสูงสุดของเราจำกัดไม่เกินจำนวนเงินที่ท่านได้ชำระให้แก่แอปพลิเคชันนี้จริง (สำหรับผู้ใช้แผนฟรีคือศูนย์บาท)
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have actually paid for this application (zero for users on the Free plan).
เราสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับหรือยุติการให้บริการแก่บัญชีที่ละเมิดเงื่อนไขฉบับนี้ โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าเท่าที่สามารถทำได้
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with advance notice where reasonably possible.
หากเราจำเป็นต้องยุติการให้บริการแอปพลิเคชันทั้งหมด เราจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 วัน เพื่อให้ท่านมีเวลาส่งออกข้อมูลของท่าน
If we need to discontinue the application entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' notice so that you have time to export your data.
เราอาจปรับปรุงเงื่อนไขนี้เป็นครั้งคราว หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญ เราจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 7 วันผ่านทางแอปพลิเคชันหรืออีเมล การใช้งานต่อหลังจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงมีผลถือว่าท่านยอมรับเงื่อนไขฉบับใหม่
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 7 days' notice through the app or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
เงื่อนไขฉบับนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ข้อพิพาทใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นให้อยู่ในเขตอำนาจของศาลไทย
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
